What your day could include:

* Helping children settle into routines and build independence
* Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need a little extra support
* Supporting with care needs (toileting, snack time, cuddles when needed!)
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience with Early Years children (nursery, school, or placements)
* Brings warmth, patience, and a can-do attitude to every day
* Understands how to encourage without overwhelming
* Can work as part of a nurturing, fun-focused team
A qualification in childcare or education is a bonus, but we’re also open to brilliant experience and the right personality.
