Perth Theatre and Concert Hall is seeking a highly organised, proactive and professionally confident Executive Assistant to support the Director and Leadership Team at a pivotal moment in the organisation’s development. This role sits at the heart of PTCH's executive function, supporting the effective operation of the organisation through leadership coordination, governance administration, organisational communication and strategic planning. Acting as a trusted coordination point, the Executive Assistant will help manage competing priorities, maintain strategic focus and ensure clear and effective communication internally and externally. Reporting to the Director, the role also supports the wider Leadership Team, including the Director of Commercial Operations, Head of External Relations and Head of Finance & HR, and line manages the Arts Administrator. The successful candidate will bring significant experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrative role, with excellent organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. They will be calm under pressure, highly reliable and capable of building strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
