What do I do as a Business Development Representative?
Your role involves booking appointments for the senior sales team by reaching out to organizations across various sectors including energy, industry, trade, banking & insurance, healthcare & pharmaceuticals, tourism, aviation, logistics & transport, and IT & telecommunication.
How am I trained and developed?
The company invests in your development through a 7-course Graduate Sales Training program over 12 months, delivered both in person and virtually by BMS Performance. Once proficient in making sales calls and familiar with the offerings, your KPIs and targets will increase as you pursue new business opportunities, with earning potential through commissions.
