The Role: As an SEN Teacher within this specialist setting, you will deliver highly adapted and engaging lessons designed to meet the individual needs of learners working significantly below age-related expectations. You will lead a class supported by skilled teaching assistants and work closely with therapists and the wider SEN team. The role requires creativity, patience, and a strong understanding of differentiated teaching approaches suited to pupils with complex needs.
