Hours: 42.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative (Wet Trades). This is a customer-facing role, so a professional attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plastering works (patching, repairs, and small areas)
2. Painting
3. Damp and moisture-related repairs
4. Carrying out works safely and respectfully in occupied homes
5. Providing a high standard of workmanship and customer service
Requirements
6. Proven experience working in residential / domestic properties
7. Experience working in occupied homes
8. NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 qualification (e.g. Plastering, Tiling, or Painting & Decorating)
9. Full UK driving licence
10. Strong communication and social skills
11. Good customer service and a professional manner
