They are looking for a Teaching Support Assistant who can bring energy, empathy, and enthusiasm into the classroom.
đź’ˇ What you'll be doing:
Supporting pupils’ learning, confidence and emotional development
Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
Offering 1:1 and small group support to children who need a little extra help
Helping to create a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment
Encouraging independence and a love of learning every step of the way
🎯 You’ll be great for this role if you:
Have experience working with children (school-based or similar setting)
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Are calm, positive, and patient with a real passion for education
Are flexible and happy to work in different year groups if needed
