We’re looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team and play a key role in keeping our sales operations running smoothly from quote to delivery.
At Liang & Eimil, we’re a leading B2B furniture wholesaler, supplying design-led commercial furniture solutions to retailers, dealers, and project clients across the UK and beyond. Our team is passionate about product quality, customer relationships, and operational excellence and we’re looking for someone who shares that same drive.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the link between our customers, sales team, and warehouse — ensuring that every order is handled with care and precision.
Key responsibilities include:
Order & Quotation Management
* Prepare and issue accurate quotations, sales confirmations, and invoices.
* Process customer orders in the system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
* Proactively follow up on open quotes, sample requests, and pending orders.
* Keep customers informed on lead times, stock updates, and delivery changes.
Customer Service & Communication
* Act as the first point of contact for all inbound client enquiries — phone, email, or showroom.
* Provide professional, solutions-focused responses to customer needs.
* Manage customer claims, coordinating replacements, returns, or credits efficiently.
Internal Coordination
* Liaise with the warehouse to arrange deliveries and collections.
* Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order flow and payment tracking.
* Provide sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management and the wider sales team.
CRM & Data Management
* Maintain accurate CRM records (customer data, pricing, activity logs).
* Ensure system-wide data consistency and up-to-date product information.
* Track sales performance and assist with reporting as needed.
* Assist with the preparation of trade show materials, marketing collateral, and schedules.
* Keep product catalogs, price lists, and client documentation current.
* Support regional sales managers with lead research, outreach, and client follow-up.
Showroom & Frontline Support
* Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, providing knowledgeable product support.
* Prepare product displays, samples, and presentation materials for client visits.
Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone with a strong mix of organisational ability, commercial awareness, and a collaborative mindset.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
* Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or similar).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of the furniture or interior design industry is a plus.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and digital tools (PDF editors, calendars, etc.).
* Ability to work proactively, manage priorities independently, and stay calm under pressure.
