What does the job look like?
Working within our Rosehill Branch and reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be required to assist and support the Transport and Distribution team with effective and efficient management of day-to-day operations, with a focus on maintaining and improving operational KPI’s and levels of customer service.
Roster: Afternoon Shift starting 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday
Key accountabilities for the role include but are not limited to:
* Accountability for all operational aspects of the distribution and or transport area ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to
* Maintaining and ensuring customer service levels, delivery requirements, objectives, and targets (measure through KPI’s) are achieved
* Daily planning and run maintenance
* Be responsible to drive initiatives, maintain and improve WHS program for distribution compliance
* Operating the Despatch doors in the loading bay
* Loading and unloading of runs – includes ensuring all runs get the correct load and equipment
* Respond to customer queries
* Attend to all call outs as required
* Other duties in the branch as required
