Hourly Rate:£12.38 - £16.46
The advertised hourly rate includes a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post. JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and /or working conditions of the role.
A market supplement is currently being applied to all night and weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shifts, uplifting your hourly rate in these periods to £16.46. This will replace any previous market supplements and will apply to both your contracted hours and to any additional hours worked within the applicable time periods.

Available Hours: 3 x 37 hours and 1 x 25 hours per week

About the role
You will work with the wider team to develop and implement individually tailored care programmes for each Service User. These include providing personal care and where possible, encouraging users to achieve a certain level of independence through activities and guidance, whilst ensuring that support needs are met with dignity and respect.
No experience or qualifications are needed to get started. We will help and support you with fully paid training and development – we are looking for the right people, with the right qualities. The nature of the service and the role means that you will be required to work days, evenings, alternate weekends, and bank holidays.

DBS
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974 and requires an enhanced DBS check with an Adults Barred List check.
Please note this role involves working in regulated activity. It is an offence for people who are barred from working in regulated activity to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with adults.
