Job Summary

Duties

* Assist in managing daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, food safety compliance, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.
* Support menu planning by preparing ingredients and assisting with the development of new dishes that meet customer expectations.
* Oversee food production for various service types such as fine dining, banquets, and catering events, ensuring timely delivery and presentation excellence.
* Manage inventory levels efficiently to minimize waste while ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available for daily use.
* Uphold strict food handling and safety protocols in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests.
Skills
* Culinary experience with a focus on fine dining, catering, or banquet service.
* Proven experience in a busy kitchen setting with strong leadership qualities.
* Knowledge of dietary requirements and ability to adapt menus accordingly.
* Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food management practices.
* Experience in inventory management, control procedures, and cost-effective food production.
* Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality industry standards for food safety and sanitation.

* Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation including bartending tools if applicable.
