Role: Trust Maths Lead Teacher

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Trust Maths Lead Teacher to join our Trust. This is a unique opportunity for an outstanding classroom teacher with a passion for mathematics education to have a significant impact on teaching and learning across our Academies.

The successful candidate will:
1. Be a proactive, positive and reflective teacher, committed to continually developing their own practice and contributing to strong standards of teaching and learning.
2. Demonstrate both the ability and ambition to deliver consistently strong and engaging teaching and learning.
3. Be a dynamic classroom teacher with a clear determination to raise educational standards and secure excellent outcomes for all pupils.
4. Possess strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach Mathematics effectively across KS3-KS5, spanning a wide range of ages and abilities.
5. Be able to evidence a positive impact on pupil progress within their own classes.
6. Bring a genuine growth mindset, a strong work ethic and a sense of humour to their role within the team.
7. Have an understanding of, or a willingness to develop understanding of, the context in which Maltby Learning Trust operates.
