The Role
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Production you will carry out all aspects of brewing operations from beginning to end.
You will be required to liaise and work with other key functions including Process Brewer, Brewhouse Staff, and Production staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of your responsibilities.
We will provide training and support as appropriate via apprenticeship or The General Certificate of the IBD to further your knowledge and expertise.

This position is for someone who has the desire to excel and to be part of a hard-working team. We seek someone who is experienced, quality focussed, understanding of the need to at times be flexible and who can also enjoy their work and not be afraid to contribute ideas on how things can be improved.
Key Responsibilities
· Carrying out all aspects of brewing operations start of process through to finish.
· To Carry out beer processing operations including Chilling, Filtrations, sterile filtrations unloading tankers.
· Ensuring all required brewing fermentation & processing checks are carried out and recorded as required.
· Assist with weekly ingredient stock checks.
· Carrying out weekend duties as required as per the duty rota.
· Ensuring the brewhouse and general area is kept tidy in accordance with the health and safety standards.
· Yeast management and handling.
· Ensuring the hops stores are kept tidy.
· Assisting and covering in other brewery areas when required.
· To undertake any other duties considered to fall within the scope of the position as directed by the production manager.
· To keep abreast of and work in accordance with company policies.
· To take reasonable care of themselves and others and to co-operate in the implementation of Health and Safety policy and its supporting arrangements.

Pay & Benefits.
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
Holiday: 20 days plus statutory & bank holidays.
