Job Description

As a Business Support Administrator your responsibilities will include:

3. Provide administrative support to various departments within the organisation.
4. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation is filed appropriately.
5. Respond to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner.
6. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
7. Schedule and coordinate meetings, including arranging necessary materials and resources.
8. Manage office supplies and ensure all equipment is in working order.
9. Support the team with ad hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth daily operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Support Administrator should have:

10. Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
11. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
13. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
15. A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
