Job Description
* Manage the food and beverage service function of the Orangery Restaurant, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery in line with SOPs, revenue maximisation and member/guest satisfaction.
* Lead the daily operations of the Restaurant, maintaining a visible presence for colleague, guests, members and management.
* Develop and maintain brand SOPs, continually reviewing products and services to enhance guest experience and financial performance.
* Attain and exceed budgetary revenue and cost targets through strategic revenue maximisation and efficient cost control, including stock management and payroll forecasting.
* Establish and maintain a specialist team through effective recruitment, training, performance reviews and development, fostering a close team spirit within the resort operations.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments, fire precaution procedures and statutory requirements.
* Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitors, adapting operations as necessary to remain competitive in the local, national and global market.
* Prepare and manage financial reporting, including annual revenue budgets, business performance reviews and forecast revenue projections.
* Enhance guest experience through innovative menu planning and seasonal adjustments, collaborating closely with the culinary team.
* Implement and oversee customer feedback systems to continuously improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
* Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement whilst maintaining quality standards.
* Organise and oversee special events and promotions to drive additional revenue and enhance the Orangery's reputation.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting the Orangery and its offerings.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Managerial role, ideally within a luxury or high‑volume environment.
* Qualification in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
* Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
* Experienced in all aspects of restaurant and banquet service.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with proven records in delivering results
* Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
