We are recruiting a dedicated Careers Advisor to join a forward-thinking college in Northampton this October. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in careers guidance, student support, or employability coaching to make a real impact. The Role: As a Careers Advisor, you will provide impartial, high-quality careers advice to students across a wide range of courses. You'll work both one-to-one and with groups to support progression into university, apprenticeships, training or employment.
