We offer a strong package: a basic salary of £35k, with potential earnings up to £45k for up to 50 hours per week (more if needed), including door-to-door travel time, 40 hours on-site. Additional benefits and development opportunities make this a unique role.
The person:
We are flexible regarding sector and experience but seek someone with a solid mechanical background, preferably with water/utilities experience. Your expertise will oversee various projects, working with on-site teams and utilizing hands-on skills. Experience with Penstocks, Motors, Bearings, Winches, Gearboxes, LOLER would be advantageous.
The role:
You will work on mechanical aspects of projects ranging from small-scale to multi-million-pound projects. Tasks include design and build, maintenance, and installation, depending on client needs. Many projects are in the water & utility industry, but we are open to candidates with diverse industrial sector experience.
The company:
We are a 35-year-old M&E engineering firm designing, installing, maintaining, and commissioning sites. With a £40m turnover and growth, we have a track record of developing talent, with two of our directors starting as apprentices.
