About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Bar Manager to join our vibrant team at Oblix at The Shard. As a key member of our front-of-house leadership, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable experience from the moment they arrive.
Our Assistant Bar Managers are dedicated, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, all while upholding Oblix’s renowned high standards. Full of personality and professionalism, you’ll inspire your team to deliver the outstanding service and seamless guest experience that define us.
Our ideal Assistant Bar Manager
* Previous experience as an Assistant Bar Manager in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant
* Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team
* Eager to learn and develop both yourself and your team
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritise
