Executive Assistant to CEO – Business / Private Global Events Agency West End Up to £75K Permanent, hybrid 1-day WFH 9-TPA/HK The Client: We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic, global events agency based in the heart of London. With offices in London, Australia and the US, they provide clients with the creative ideas, project management rigour, and production expertise to deliver world-class experiences and music concerts across the globe. Applicants must be on no more than 1 month's notice. The Executive Assistant Role: This is a busy EA to CEO position providing both personal and business support to the CEO. Duties will include (but are not limited to): First point of contact for key stakeholders for the CEO (including internal reports and FTSE 100 C-suite clients) Complex and changeable diary and inbox management Extensive international travel – both business and personal, subject to changes at last minute Book and arrange travel itineraries, transport, and accommodation for both private and work trips Personal support to the family including restaurant bookings, gifting, occasional childcare, booking appointments Private event organisation Maintaining database and filing systems and other admin as required The Successful Executive Assistant will have: Significant PA/EA support is required from a fast-paced environment – preference for C-suite level experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organisational with a meticulous eye for detail Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word A flexible and “can-do” attitude to their work The ability to adapt and be solution-driven Additional Information: Salary up to £75K depending on experience Hours are 8.30/9am - 5:30pm with flexibility to support out of hours including weekends and when the CEO is travelling 1-day WFH per week Benefits including private medical insurance, If this Executive Assistant role sounds like the one for you, we’d love to hear from you!
