Role | Commercial Property Solicitor Level | 2-5 years PQE Based | Kettering Offer | £50,000 - £70,000 per annum fantastic benefits package We are working with a Legal 500 firm based in Kettering who are looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor on a full-time basis. They’re ideally looking for someone with 2 – 5 years PQE within Commercial Property, but would be open to someone outside of this bracket who would fit the business ethos. The team cover a wide variety of matters including: Leases Freehold property Development land Agricultural property Commercial lenders Typical duties include: Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters. Deal with leases, freehold property, and development land. Act for diverse clients including SIPPS/SASSs and corporates. Handle transactions involving commercial lenders and agreements. The successful candidate: Qualified solicitor with strong commercial property law knowledge. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage complex caseloads and meet deadlines. An appetite for business development and delivering high-quality work.
