The company was established in 2002. The company delivers S&T training and track safety training to contractors and Network Rail. S&T Training is approved by NSAR to carry out SMTH assessments. Role Description The role will deliver at locations UK wide, but also at our Eastleigh Centre. The Railway S&T Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, carrying out assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Qualifications Experience in railway signalling and telecommunications preferably to team leader level or above. Knowledge of railway safety standards and regulations. Training and assessment qualifications though we will consider developing a suitable candidate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Experience in railway operations is a plus Full SMTH qualification in sentinel.
