Overview
Cheshire and Warrington Colleges Group (CWCG) is a collaborative partnership of Further Education colleges across the region (Reaseheath College & University Centre, Warrington and Vale Royal College, and Cheshire College - South and West), working together to shape skills provision, influence policy, and maximise opportunities for learners and employers. The group plays a vital role in ensuring the Further Education (FE) sector is strongly represented in regional and national decision-making.
About the role
This is a unique and high-profile leadership role, responsible for representing CWCG and ensuring it is an influential and authoritative voice for Further Education across Cheshire and Warrington.
You will shape policy, build strong partnerships, and secure funding opportunities that benefit member colleges and the wider skills ecosystem. The role will be pivotal in responding to the development of the Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority, ensuring that FE and skills remain central to regional priorities.
Working closely with college Principals, government bodies, and key stakeholders, you will drive collaboration, represent the interests of the group, and support strategic initiatives that deliver real impact.

Reaseheath offers a full CPD programme with access to funded qualifications alongside hands on support whilst completing Further Education Training. Industry professionals joining the College in an academic role, will complete their Further Education Training whilst in post.
