EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects. We 're currently recruiting for a Training Administrator to join our team based in Buckingham. In this role you will be responsible for p rovision of diligent and methodical administrative support to the training and onboarding team. You will be w orking closely with the onboarding team to present a professional first point of contact for all persons joining the EKFB project. You will a ssist with delegates at registration upon arrival at the induction centre based near Silverstone Key part of this role is to support the day to day running of the induction centre and wider teams through varied administrative support. You will be responsible for administration of training requests and a nswering/responding to telephone enquiries and managing the induction email inbox. You will be responsible for p rovision of excellent customer service both face to face and via email/telephone to internal and external stakeholders and delegates. Additionally, you will w ork efficiently and accurately even during busy periods and c ollaborate with other members of the Training and onboarding team in a wide variety of tasks providing support to Facilitators and the wider department. You will also r espond positively to changing business circumstances and able to manage multiple and conflicting priorities. About You Key Skills and Qualifications: Strong data and information handling skills. Highly organized, able to work within a team and be flexible. Proficient use of MS Office. Excellent verbal and written communicator. Accuracy of work and attention to detail. Experience of handling personal data and working with learning management systems is desirable.
