Community Engagement Worker £15.05 hourly 22.5 hours weekly - Fixed-term for 12 months We are looking for a passionate and motivated Community Engagement Worker to join our Community Services team. This exciting role will focus on building strong relationships across the South Lakes area, including Windermere, Grange, Ambleside, Coniston and surrounding communities. You will act as an ambassador for St Mary’s Hospice, raising awareness of our services, listening to community needs, and helping to ensure that more people can access the right support at the right time. The successful candidate will be confident engaging with a wide range of community groups, partner organisations and individuals. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a genuine commitment to inclusion and reducing barriers to hospice care.
