Base location: RCN Cardiff Gate Office

We are RCNi, part of the Royal College of Nursing Group. We aim to provide nursing professionals worldwide with easy access to our peer-reviewed content (journals, learning and more), news, opinion, jobs, events, and awards. RCNi is a small organisation with big aspirations.

We are looking for a Business and Operations Support Administrator who will be an integral part of the Business and Operations Support team at RCNi, providing potential and existing institutional and personal subscriber customers with an efficient and effective customer service, contributing to maintenance of information on the CRM database and supporting sites to ensure that processes associated with each product or subscriber are operational and maintain the highest standards in communication with customers

How To Apply

At RCNi we use Applied for our recruitment. Applied aims to overcome unconscious bias in recruiting. Instead of using your CV alone, we'll be asking you to answer questions to test skills needed for the role. The responses are then anonymised, and reviewed in a random order by members of our team. Responses to these questions determine whether you progress to the next stage of selection.

Should you successfully progress to the next stage of selection, this will involve a panel interview.
