Contract: FTC – 6 months
Hours: 37.5, Monday-Friday with 1 in 4 weekends
Salary: £25,100 pro rata (Overtime available)

You should be a well-presented individual and able to work extended hours during peak periods as required.

Main areas of responsibility
* Handle calls within the timeframes set out within the KPI’s;
* Respond to emails promptly within the KPI’s;
* Book and track collections within the KPI’s;
* Raise tickets and resolve them within the KPI’s;
* Track consignments;
* Pass all customer escalations and complaints to the Customer Services Manager promptly;
* Ensure the company satisfies both internal and external customer needs;
Education & Experience
Essential:
* Self-motivated with ambition to succeed and a positive attitude;
* Experience in a customer service or call centre environment;
* Ability to communicate effectively and influence suppliers to deliver a premium service;

* Experience in the parcel industry;
