Project Coordinator / Project Support Officer
An exciting opportunity to support customer-focused branding and visual communication projects in a busy project delivery environment. You will coordinate internal teams, schedules, and materials to ensure high-quality delivery and excellent customer service.
DUTIES
* Customer Requirements Coordination: Work with project managers to fully understand customer needs and project specifications.
* Client Liaison: Manage day‑to‑day communication with customers to support service delivery and expectations.
* Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to support project delivery and customer experience.
* Issue Management: Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate where appropriate.
* Project Scoping: Use product and material knowledge to support installation and labour requirements.
* Programme Support: Coordinate elements of complex programmes of work.
* Problem Solving: Apply structured problem‑solving techniques to resolve issues effectively.
* Project Tracking: Monitor deliverables, budgets and deadlines and flag discrepancies.
* Sales Support: Identify cross‑selling opportunities and pass leads to the sales team.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience in a project coordination or project support role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proven ability to work across multiple departments.
* Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
* A proactive and customer‑focused approach.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
* Experience within a branding, graphics or visual communications environment.
* Awareness of health and safety requirements.
* Experience supporting complex or multi‑site projects.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
