Contract Manager £28-£35ph Day to Day Maintenance & Voids Hammersmith and Fulham Role: Regen Solutions is currently working with a leading construction and maintenance company in their search for an Contract Manager to join their management team. As an Contract Manager you will be managing reactive repairs, Disrepair & voids across a contract that spans South London. Reporting in to the Divisional Manager, you will have a team reporting in to you that consists of a repairs manager, supervisors, planners, admin and operatives. Experience: Client contract delivery, in, customer relationships and management of relevant teams Creating a work safe culture Able to manage others to deliver multiple projects at the same time Good communicator and have experience dealing with clients and subcontractors Must have good IT skills and be able to use word and outlook Able to produce construction programmes (MS Projects ideally) A flexible, "can do" attitude and want to work as part of a team Able to produce and deliver progress reports Must be able to manage the H&S, quality and programme performance on their projects See below key skills: Experience in a similar role within a tier 1 maintenance contractor Client contract delivery, in, customer relationships and management of relevant teams P&L, cash flow and costs Creating a work safe culture Able to manage others to deliver multiple projects at the same time Good communicator and have experience dealing with clients and subcontractors Must have good IT skills and be able to use word and outlook A flexible, "can do" attitude and want to work as part of a team Able to produce and deliver progress reports Must be able to manage the H&S, quality and programme performance on their projects via their management team This is a very fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to see real progression and is keen to work with a business that is growing and developing.
