Customer Service / Admin Role
Job type: Full-time (8:30-5:00 with 1/2 hour lunch break)
This is a varied role where no two days are the same – you’ll be helping with everything from customer enquiries to transport arrangements and admin support.
Responsibilities
* Answering phone calls and making sure enquiries reach the right person.
* Keeping on top of the sales inbox, forwarding messages and responding where needed.
* Helping to organise daily transport of pallets (in and out).
* Arranging exports and overseas pallet shipments.
* Creating and sending proformas and invoices for engines and parts.
* Updating our CRM system (Pipedrive) with new deals and activity.
Qualifications
* Someone who’s confident and professional on the phone.
* Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Able to handle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.
* Previous admin, customer service or logistics experience would be great (but not essential – training can be given).
* Comfortable using computers and happy to learn new systems (experience with Pipedrive is a bonus).
