Vertu Motors Due to the continued growth of the Group and the success of our Parts operations, we are seeking to recruit a Group Parts Support Manager to cover the North of the country – to complement our existing team. This is a high-impact role that will support our Parts Managers and colleagues across the group, particularly during periods of transition, integration of new businesses following acquisition, and in dealerships where performance, controls, or knowledge gaps are identified. Key Responsibilities Embed Operational Controls : Establish and implement robust processes and systems that remain effective long after your placement has concluded, ensuring sustainable improvements in efficiency, profitability, and risk management. Coaching & Mentorship : Act as a coach and mentor to Parts Managers and their teams, fostering an inclusive, approachable environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and long-term engagement. Targeted Performance Support : Use data intelligence to identify risk areas and provide hands-on support to improve stock control, obsolescence, old core return management, and parts awaiting credit. On-Site Placements : Work flexibly across the Group, supporting dealerships for periods ranging from a few days to several months, with travel and time away from home expected. New Talent Integration : Play an active role in the induction and support of new Parts Managers, ensuring they are set up for success with the right tools, controls, and leadership guidance. Success Measures Success in this role will be demonstrated not only by improved KPI performance (e.g., stock levels, obsolescence, credits management), but also by the lasting impact of the systems and behaviours you embed —ensuring dealerships remain on track long after your involvement. About You We are looking for an experienced Parts Manager with a proven record of delivering strong operational results in a large dealership environment. In-depth knowledge of Keyloop DMS is highly desirable. Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility across multiple sites. A collaborative, inclusive, and approachable style, with the ability to coach colleagues and create lasting cultural as well as operational change.
