Contract Manager
Location: Redcar Schools TS6 9AG
Working Hours: 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Your new role
What you’ll do:
* Lead, provide direction and day to day management to a multi-disciplinary FM and project delivery team to the highest standards meeting client and contractual requirements and expectations.
* Implement Robertson’s integrated policies on Quality, SHEQ in conjunction with support teams and the client’s requirements.
* P&L accountability for the contract, aligned to budgets, business objectives and contract requirements.
* Own, manage, and develop all risk including mitigation and opportunity in line with Robertson processes and procedures inclusive of operational jeopardy management.
* Management and oversight of relevant CAPEX, OPEX and life cycle budgets and plans in line with commercial and operational requirements.
* Ensure defined H&S responsibilities and accountability are established and regular reviews are undertaken
* Champion a continuous improvement programme and identify issues to drive forward contract development, including but not limited to; innovation, best practice and in line with Robertson processes.
* Encourage, coach, support and manage the effective performance of people and develop them to meet personal and contract requirements.
What you’ll need:
* Demonstrable experience managing multi-disciplined FM teams and contracts, preferably within public sector
* Financial and commercial qualifications would be beneficial, alternatively demonstrableskills and experience in managing complex budgets and commercial/legal matters.
* Ability to work on own initiative in a structured logical approach.
* A recognised health and safety qualification e.g. IOSH
* Strong people leader with the ability to involve and engage others.
* Able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of CAFM systems.
* A full driving licence and a willingness to travel are essential to the post.
