This is a fantastic role for a proactive Office Manager who enjoys being the lynchpin of the office and team.
Role Details:
* Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, and records management.
* Facilitate team meetings and assist with administrative tasks.
* Manage client and vendor communications, inquiries, and contracts.
* Assist with office budgets and raising purchase orders (POs).
* Support event logistics, budget management, and on-site coordination.
Candidate Profile:
* Proactive, outgoing, and eager to get involved.
* Thrives in a standalone role within a small team.
* Proven experience as an Office Manager.
