Teaching Qualification A recognised teaching qualification is desirable; however, we are prepared to offer access to teacher training for the right candidate who demonstrates strong subject knowledge, commitment, and potential. Role description We are seeking a forward-thinking and motivated Teacher of Mathematics to deliver GCSE Mathematics and Functional Skills programmes to a diverse range of learners. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a team introducing a new and innovative approach to Mathematics teaching, with real scope to influence curriculum design and classroom practice. The Role As a Lecturer of Mathematics, you will: Teach GCSE Mathematics and Functional Skills across a range of learner abilities. Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and purposeful lessons. Play an active role in the development and implementation of a new model for English delivery, helping to shape future practice. Contribute to curriculum planning, resources, and assessment strategies. Monitor learner progress, provide high-quality feedback, and support positive outcomes. Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and reflective teaching team.
