Basic Salary £30,151 + Uncapped Bonus
Permanent | Full-Time | 45 hours per week (includes Saturday mornings on a rota basis)

We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Service Advisor who thrives on delivering outstanding experiences and building lasting relationships.
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and the workshop — ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and memorable.
You will:
* Welcome customers front of house with warmth and professionalism
* Manage bookings from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection
* Keep customers fully informed throughout the service and repair process
* Proactively follow up to maintain strong relationships and high satisfaction
* Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
* Provide trusted advice on maintenance, repairs, and service plans
* Support customers with future vehicle care needs
You’ll play a key role in creating a seamless journey for every customer, every time.
The Ideal Candidate will
* Have experience in customer service (automotive background desirable but not essential)
* Be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage your own workload
* Communicate confidently and professionally
* Remain calm under pressure and handle issues with care
* Enjoy working as part of a team
* Takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences
