Senior Delivery Manager - SPM Implementation
Required Curam Project Execution Experience.
We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager with 4-6 years of experience leading Social
Programme Management (SPM) implementations across complex digital environments. This
role provides strategic leadership, shapes high-level delivery decisions, and ensures
successful delivery of major transformation initiatives. Operating with significant autonomy
and authority, the Senior Delivery Manager influences organisational strategy, oversees
technical, financial, and quality outcomes, and leads collaboration across diverse senior
stakeholders. The role drives continuous improvement, champions a strong digital mindset,
enables organisational adaptability, and ensures ethical, secure, and inclusive delivery
practices that support long-term digital capability and organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead strategic delivery decisions and approaches for large-scale SPM
implementations.
* Own technical, financial, and quality outcomes across a major delivery area.
* Influence organisational strategy, planning, and resource decisions.
* Oversee complex delivery activities, interdependencies, and multi-team coordination.
* Apply broad business and technology insight to inform strategic decision-making.
* Make high-quality decisions to achieve strategic goals and escalate when required.
* Shape delivery objectives, define governance, and allocate responsibilities.
* Build strong senior stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional collaboration.
* Identify and resolve risks, issues, and opportunities using a strategic problem-solving
approach.
* Drive improvement initiatives aligned to organisational objectives.
* Apply innovative and effective delivery approaches to achieve high-impact results.
* Communicate complex information clearly and credibly across all organisational
levels.
* Promote transparency, alignment, and information sharing across teams.

programme-level risks.
