We are looking to appoint a greenkeeper on a temporary basis to assist our experienced team at Portlethen Golf Club through the remainder of the golfing season.
The successful candidate will work an average of 40 hours per week including rotational weekend work.
Applicants will work under the guidance and supervision of our Course Manager and his deputies to undertake a range of general greenkeeping duties including but not limited to:
1. Operating powered equipment and vehicles in the maintenance of golf course putting greens, approaches, tees, fairways and rough areas.
2. Bunker raking and maintenance.
3. Divotting.
4. Strimming.
5. Other duties as defined and in accordance with the needs of the Club.
The candidate should ideally have:
1. A full driver's licence.
2. An attention to detail.
3. Ideally have an active interest in the game of golf.
