Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal - New Street Vets, Honiton


Financial Package up to £100,000
Salary up to £75,000 DOE plus up to £5,000 Welcome Bonus, up to £8,000 Relocation Allowance, 20% of salary paid in month 6 as Elevate Bonus plus benefits.


New Street Vets in Honiton is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a veterinary surgeon to join our established practice. At our Honiton clinic, you'll encounter a diverse caseload that includes both consultations and surgeries, providing a balanced work experience.


This role is perfect for a veterinary surgeon looking to enhance their skills while making a meaningful contribution to our practice. Through our Elevate Programme, you'll receive additional financial incentives as you embrace new challenges and grow within your career.



The Elevate programme


As part of the Elevate programme and to reward your commitment, we offer exciting additional benefits, including:

1. Up to £5,000 welcome bonus paid in first salary
2. Up to £8,000 relocation bonus
3. Elevate bonus paid at month 6 - 20% of annual salary
4. Elevate bonus paid at month 12 - 10% of annual salary

This position offers a flexible schedule of 20 hours per week, including 1:4 Saturday mornings. We're open to discussing fewer hours or different days to meet your needs, as we prioritize a healthy work-life balance for all our staff.

Our team and culture

We hold monthly meetings to discuss clinical cases, ensuring that collaboration is at the heart of our practice. Our team is always just a phone call away for support and guidance.


We have been independently established for over 30 years and have recently joined a larger group. Our longevity and strong staff retention have fostered excellent relationships with other local surgeries and our long-standing clients. We are proud to be an RCVS-accredited Practice Standards and nurse training facility, with all of our RVN nurses who trained with us choosing to stay on.
