Contract: Fixed Term (12 Months)
Salary: £31,537 - £34,434 per annum (Grade 5)
Hours: 36.66 per week
Based: The Office is based at Civic Centre, West Street, Oldham, OL1 1UT
Closing Date: Sunday 7th September 2025

Role Overview:

* Work with households that have been identified as needing resettlement support to maximise tenancy sustainment.
* To help individuals, particularly those in vulnerable situations, secure and sustain suitable private rented accommodation.
* To undertake in-depth assessment using a wide range of assessment tools to understand the root causes of any tenancy sustainment problems.
* To develop jointly with the family/individual an action plan that addresses the root causes of the family or individual’s problems to maximise tenancy sustainment.
* To facilitate or undertake appropriate interventions to support people by identifying and addressing their resettlement needs to ultimately reduce dependency on services.
* To record and collate information on the appropriate systems.
* To run reports that demonstrate performance and positive outcomes relating to individual/family’s tenancy sustainment outcomes.
