CarmichaelUK is recruiting for an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator to join a Tier 1 contractor delivering a complex superstructure project in Buckinghamshire. This is a high-profile scheme requiring a strong understanding of temporary works coordination and safety in major infrastructure environments. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a unique structure involving formwork, falsework, crane & MEWP platforms, ramps, lifting methodology, slope stability and more. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all temporary works between site and multiple design teams Review and prepare TW design briefs and manage the full design and approval process Ensure TW is implemented in line with approved designs and client procedures Conduct inspections, issue TW permits, and monitor implementation Liaise closely with site teams, TWDs, TWDCs, and the client Lead and mentor Temporary Works Supervisors Actively promote SHE compliance and safe engineering practices About You: Degree in Civil Engineering or similar (preferred) CITB TWC certification (essential) Chartered or working towards membership of ICE, IStructE, CIOB, or equivalent Proven experience managing a wide variety of TW schemes Strong understanding of TW procedures, engineering management, and design processes Previous experience on major infrastructure projects Strong communicator and organised team player
