You will work as part of a flexible team with responsibility for providing a high-quality property maintenance service to relevant facilities. You will have a core skill in Joinery and will lead in this area, but also undertake other property maintenance tasks within your competence.
Responsibilities include:
1. Service and repair of doors, windows, and general building fabric.
2. Service and repair of plumbing systems.
3. Small plaster repairs and painting.
4. Service and repair of internal fixtures and fittings.
5. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across relevant sites.
6. Reactive service calls across relevant sites.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified Joiner with experience in installation and maintenance work.
* Health & Safety awareness.
* Fire Door Training (advantageous).
* Excellent customer care skills.
* Ability to work independently, safely, and within a team.
* Valid UK driving license.
The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS Check prior to starting.
