1. NMC Registered Nurse (Adult)
2. Practice Assessor and Supervisor training
Desirable criteria
3. Post Registration Course related to head and neck nursing or high acuity care patient
Experience
Essential criteria
4. Experience working within the Head and Neck speciality as a band 5 registered nurse
5. Experience of leading, motivating and supporting a team
Desirable criteria
6. Acute surgical experience
Knowledge
Essential criteria
7. Ability to demonstrate fundamental nursing knowledge and practice skills
