3. Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
4. Handle supplier queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
5. Maintain the purchase ledger, ensuring all records are up to date and accurate.
6. Reconcile supplier statements and prepare payment runs.
7. Assist with month-end processes, including reporting and ledger reviews.
8. Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to improve processes.
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
10. Support ad hoc tasks as required by the department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Temporary to Permanent should have:
