What skills and experience we're looking for
* Safeguarding Awareness Training (previously known as Level 2)
* Designated Safeguarding Lead Course
* Studied to a minimum standard of GCSE (grad A*-C / 9-4) or equivalent in English and Maths
* A Levels or equivalent qualifications
* Level 3 Child Protection certified
* Experience of working with vulnerable children and/or adults
* Experience of working in a school environment
* Experience in training others
* Knowledge of how to work with families experiencing difficulties
* Experience of working with families who require additional support
* An understanding, or willingness to learn, about local authority practices regarding safeguarding
