Are you a confident communicator with a knack for customer service and organisation? Looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Rental Controller to join a busy, fast-paced environment in East Grinstead.
What you’ll be doing:
* Handling customer calls and providing tailored rental quotes
* Following up on enquiries and proactively chasing outstanding quotes
* Collaborating with team members to schedule equipment and allocate plant
* Supporting account setups, cross-hire processes, and paperwork
* Ensuring all documentation and compliance processes are spot-on
* Providing excellent service to new and existing clients.
What we're looking for:
* Strong telephone manner and communication skills
* Customer service or telesales experience
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
* Solid IT skills – especially in Excel and Word
* Quick learner, especially with internal systems
