About the Role
Working closely with our Property Services Department and Lettings Team, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the decanting process-both temporary and permanent-for residents. From the initial move-in to the final sign-off, you'll ensure smooth, efficient, and resident-focused tenancy transitions.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinate and manage tenancy starts and ends for residents being decanted.
* Be the main point of contact for residents, offering clear, supportive communication throughout their move.
* Ensure all sign-ups, moves, and tenancy processes are delivered professionally and in line with policy.
* Take ownership of tenancy-related issues, working to deliver timely solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the highest standards of service.
* Manage your workload effectively, prioritising tasks to meet service demands.
