Role Overview
Responsible Life, one of the UK's leading Equity Release mortgage brokers, are recruiting for an Equity Release Mortgage Adviser to join our team. The successful candidate will receive full support and high‑quality appointments from our Information Centre in Plymouth. You will engage with customers, assess their interest and eligibility, and book face‑to‑face appointments with our Advisers.
Key Responsibilities
* Discuss customer interest and eligibility for Equity Release or Mortgage advice
* Book face‑to‑face appointments with Advisers
* Work with a team to generate inbound enquiries from national TV advertising campaigns, newspapers, digital marketing and referral partners
* Generate and write suitability letters using our fact‑find and suitability letter writing programme

Requirements
* Background in providing sound Equity Release or Mortgage advice
* CeMAP qualification (CeRER is preferred)
