Responsibilities
* Assisting residents with their personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Providing support with mobility, including helping residents to move around their home and community safely.
* Preparing and serving meals, as well as assisting with feeding as necessary.
* Administering medication according to individual care plans.
* Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
* Keeping accurate records of care provided and reporting any concerns or changes in condition to the senior team.
Qualifications
* A caring and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
* Experience in a similar care role is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
* Good time-management and organizational skills.
* A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
