You'll be supporting customers across the Midlands region, delivering high-quality pressure testing services using our well-maintained specialist equipment.
As a Field Pressure Testing Technician, you will be responsible for safely and professionally performing hydrostatic pressure tests on customer or third-party assets. You will also complete all relevant RAMS documentation, support site teams with technical feedback, and ensure all Stopper Specialists equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
Job Overview
1. Set up and operate a range of pressure testing equipment, including flanges, joint sets/gaskets, manifolds, pumps, and data loggers.
2. Carry out hydrostatic pressure testing in accordance with IGN 4-01-03 and/or customer-specific requirements.
3. Troubleshoot on-site conditions to resolve issues that may impact test success.
4. Maintain testing equipment using established service procedures.
5. Use dedicated software/portals to input hazard and risk mitigation measures, generating accurate RAMS documents for each assignment.
