An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Psychiatry Department for a highly motivated Personal Assistant. This role will provide a comprehensive, efficient and confidential administrative secretarial service to the Associate Medical Director and Clinical Directors.
Based in FVRH you will work in a dynamic and highly professional environment, within a supportive and welcoming team. You will work closely with the Psychiatry Team and act as the first point of contact for all enquiries to the department, often dealing with matters of a confidential and sensitive nature.
* Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Associate Medical Director and Clinical Directors.
* Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries to the department.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Deal effectively with multiple simultaneous tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
* Manage a complex diary and attend meetings for minute taking.
* Travel throughout the area of service delivery as required.
Candidate must demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and have experience in complex diary management and minute taking.
* Experience working in a similar healthcare setting is advantageous.
* Suitability to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
