The role involves responsibility for a class group, planning and delivering relevant post-14 curriculum, leading teams, and deploying teaching assistants to support learning, therapy, and care needs. The ideal candidate should be capable of fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment tailored to students' diverse needs.
Relevant qualifications are required, but relevant experience in a similar role is also desirable. The right candidate will possess a desire to aid in the educational development of children and have a strong understanding and commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children.
