Support Worker
We are recruiting Support workers to join our service in Leyland.
Do you want to deliver care and support in an environment like no other? The Barn located in Leyland, provides support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting.

~40 hours per week, must be flexible and able to work a variation of shifts that include early shifts, evenings, sleep ins, weekends and bank holidays.

Providing specialised residential care for adults aged 18- 85 that have learning difficulties with some behaviours perceived to be challenging.
Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
Working to maintain a high level of support that's required for the service needs.
Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
This is within a residential service for up to 12 adults.
Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
Flexible as shifts will include sleeps.
Quick learner, hands on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
